This study has been carried out 1o evaluate some breeding characteristics of Pheasants reared throughout 4 generations at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of University of Selçuk. It was thougt that fourth generation yields had been low because ot increasing inbreeding. It is considered that, the new blood should be added to this population, and selection for increasing yields should be done to breeding pheasants, in addition, the incubations of pheasant eggs should be provided in optimal conditions.
