In this study, numbers and the courses of the lymph vessels providing the lymphatic drainage of the uterus were macroscopically investigated in Akkaraman sheep. In this purpose, as a material, eight Akkaraman sheep were used. The lymphatic vessels are closely associated with ovarian arterial supply. There was no direct lymph flow from the uterus to the ovary. It was seen that the lymph vessels of providing the lymphatic drainage of the uterus drained into the medial iliac lymph nodes.
