In this study, the comparative macroanatomical and subgross studies on the lumbosacral plexus of the Akkaraman sheep and Angora goat were investigated. For this purpose, eight Akkaraman sheep and eight Angora goats, in different sex, were used.

It was observed that there wasn't a significant difference in the cources and distributions of the nerves arising from the lumbosacral plexus in Akkaraman sheep and Angora goat. On the contrary, there was significant differences in the origination of the nerves arising from the lumbosacral plexus between two species and individual member of the species.
