40.80 % in tema/e German Wolfdogs, respectively. The Mean Corpuscu/ar Volume
(MCV), Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin (MCH) and Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin
Concentration (MCHC) in both dogs anchestory were determined higher in temale
than male. In this study, band neutrophiles, polymorphnuclear neutrophiles,
lymphocytes, monocytes and eosinophiles were determined as 2.00, 66.56, 22.35,
4.36 and 4.73 % in male Kangal dogs, whereas the same values found to be 0.86,
65.43, 26.43, 3.43 and 3.86 % in female Kangal dogs, respectively. On the other
hand, the same values were fo und to be 1.28, 70. 44, 19.28, 4.39 and 4.61 %in
male German Wolfdogs, 0.70, 65.50, 24.20, 4.30 and 5.30 % in female German
Wolfdogs, respectively. The values of the erytrocyte sedimentation rat e (ESR)
at 30 th min, 1 st, 2 nd and 24 th hours in Kangal dogs were determined higher
