In the first examinations (35 th days) of the animals they were restrained in dorsal recumbency and transducer probe was placed on the hairless area öf the ventral abdominal wall just in front of the udder. Results were compared with lambing records. Accuracy rates for pregnant ewes on 35, 60, 75, 80 105 and 120 th days were 14, 33, 56, 77, 95, and 100 % respectively. |
