In this report. a case of multiple congenital anomalies in a calf was described. These anomalies were consisted of atrezia of anus, colon and vulva, double cervix; agenesis of urethra-urinary bladder-right kidney-right ureter-right adrenal gland; hypoplasia of left kidney and ectopic left ureter.
