The main purpose of this article is to provide information
on the global clinical trials of treatment and vaccine studies
against COVID-19 / SARS-CoV2 infection. In this context,
daily data from official companies with strong communication
networks in the world and more intensive issues will be
considered. The second purpose of the review is to address
the treatment and prevention-control criteria that can be applied
against COVID-19 / SARS-CoV2 or new outbreaks that
may occur in the future. Information will be given about the
second and third waves that can be experienced in SARSCoV2,
the therapeutics that are more prominent, and the
new generation antiviral methods that can be used in other
virus infections. Many therapeutic and vaccine trials for
COVID-19 / SARS-CoV2 are ongoing. Conducting intensive
clinical studies and sharing them instantly on online platforms
accelerates the development of treatment and vaccine
methods. Prevention-control is still the most important issue,
and combating diseases is still the most important and
simple criterion. In order to maximize this criterion, struggle
with the concept of "One Health, One Medicine, One Virology"
should be taken as a basis for every virus with zoonotic
potential such as COVID-19 / SARS-CoV2.
